#Flax Seed – Super Food used as Medicine since 5000 BC

Preparation of flax seed

HOW TO FLAX SEED

I personally consumed ground flax seeds daily as my breakfast.

what I did first is to roast the seeds then grind. After grinding. Prepare 1 cup of cold water or tap water then add 2 tbsp. Of ground flaxseed. Or if you like you can add oatmeat, fruits or even vegetable.
